Ingredients

  • 1–3 tbsp honey
  • 3–4 egg yolks
  • 250–350 g frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, mango, papaya, raspberries, blackberries,)
  • 16–20 oz 1% milk
  • (Optional) 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • (Optional) Fresh ceylon cinnamon or good cinnamon powder
  • (Optional) 2 oz espresso (increase frozen fruit by 50 g)

Directions

  1. Achieve ownership of a blender.
  2. Add ingredients in any order, milk last. The milk should crest just above the surface of the blender contents to ensure proper texture.
  3. Blend for 60 seconds, agitate, then blend for another 30 seconds.

Why it works

The optional coconut oil adds saturated fat without the polyunsaturated fat found in most seed oils. See WikiPeatia for the reasoning behind that distinction.
